Job Description:
Strategy & Planning:
* Coordinate and support processes and standards for all HR Operations aspects (eg services, processes, projects).
* Support the team in the operational conversion of the objectives.
* Contract and set expectations with Unit HR and others as relevant on the services HR Operations will provide and ensure that roles and responsibilities for processes end-to-end are clearly defined and understood.
* Support and participate in budget planning discussions and SLA process.
* Maintain documentation and keep plans up-to-date.
* Deliver and present key data to supervisors.
Monitoring & Control:
* Support periodic cost and efficiency analyses to support productivity objectives, monitor and initiate additional activities if required.
* Support adherence to relevant labor and employment law and when necessary, manage labor relations, including relations with external labor organizations through HRBPs.
* Support compliance with legal framework, SOX requirements, etc.
* Sponsor and initiate key HR Projects.
* Support adoption and adherence to HR practices and policies, assuring that these are transparent to the respective organization.
* Define HR KPIs for HR Operations and drive actions to ensure their achievement.
People & Organization:
* Coordinate and support the services, processes, and projects in scope.
* Provide support in managing external associates, vendors, and IT team.
