For our client in Zurich we are looking for a

Junior Project Manager

Your responsibilities:

  • Support and assist the successful delivery of programs and projects
  • Assist in the management of key initiatives and programs supporting the strategic objectives or the organization
  • Assist and advise leaders, managers, and teams to the best use of project management disciplines and approaches within a fast-paced, high tech environment
  • Act as a reference point for PMO queries and information and as an advocate for best practices in project management
  • Maintain processes to ensure project management documentation, reports and plans are relevant, accurate and complete

    As the ideal candidate you have the following qualifications and experience:
  • Bachelor or Master of University or University of Applied Science or relevant work experience
  • Several years in Project (Portfolio) Management
  • Know how in Security Domain considered a plus
  • Working with/managing global teams in a Matrix organization
  • Proven experience in providing service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes
  • Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness
  • Outstanding conceptual and analytical skills, creativity and persistency
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to grasp new concepts fast
  • Open to collaborate in an international and multi-cultural environment
  • A can do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile when required
  • Fluent in English, German an advantage
