IT Project Manager (Exposure Management) (m/f)
IT Project Manager (Exposure Management) (m/f) searched for our client in Zurich
The project:
IT Project Manager role in the exposure management area (Concentration on FX & Interest Rate risk on bank's net P&L)
Your tasks:
- Defining project scopes, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with management and front-to-back stakeholders
- Developing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents
- Communicating project expectations to cross-functional team members and front-to-back stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
- Liaising with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis to determine priorities, identifying issues & ensuring communication within the project and to external stakeholders
- Handling of Project Review Board (PRB) and ensuring compliance with the internal Solution Delivery Framework
- Negotiating with other department managers for the acquisition of required personnel from within the bank
Your experience/skills:
- Master/Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or equivalent education
- 5+ years' experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably within the banking environment
- Excellent knowledge of standard IT project methodologies (Agile, Waterfall); a certification in project management is beneficial
- Experience in identifying, analysing and limiting cross-functional project risks, also in working with outsourced delivery partners
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with high power of abstraction to adapt the communication to various stakeholders
- Languages: Fluent in English both written and spoken, German nice to have
Start: 01.02.2015
Daily rate: 800 CHF
