For a major international client in Vevey, we are looking for a: CRM Architect to support the technology strategy, solution evolution, deployment and offshored sustain activities of Integration layer and Opt-in Opt-out strategy
Responsibilities will include:
- Provide End-to-End functional & technical architecture expertise, leadership and vision to the cRM program
- Deliver the evolutions of the cRM Integration Layer and landscape in line with our client's standards, guidelines and strategy.
- Ensure integration within all modules of the cRM program.
- Provides the cRM integrated data model
- Own and manage the IS/IT solutions of the cRM landscape (eg Data migration server ).
- Work with different streams (including vendors) to deliver architecture design, ensuring end to end integration of various technologies and modules while respecting our client's IT standards and compliance requirements.
- Oversee the implementation of the functional and technical cRM architecture, ongoing refinement activities and documentation
- Develop and support the cRM development roadmap on all platforms
- Understand, advocate and support our client's business and IS/IT strategies
- Ensure quality assurance for cRM Integration layer and landscape
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Proven ability to evolve with upcoming technologies.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of Enterprise solution architecture; End to end integration of multiple layers, Awareness on Service Oriented Architecture; Security end to end integration; Functional technologies and trends
- Project management skills and experience
- Ability to communicate, manage expectations and identify tradeoffs with Stakeholders
- Good communication skills in English
This is a contract position with an international client until the end of 2015 in the first instance.
The client is located on Lake Geneva, in Vevey.
Info-Tech will provide advice and support through your relocation if you are working in Switzerland for the first time.
