Description:
My client is looking for an enthusiastic scientific associate to join the open access mass spectrometry (OAMS) team of Scientific Operations.
Tasks:
*Provide 1st level technical support for open access analytical systems
*Provide 1st level response to user requests
*Ensure successful performance of open access analytical systems and connected lab2lab systems
Minimum requirements:
*Completed education as lab technician or bachelor/master degree in chemistry or biology
*Practical and theoretical experience in analytical chromatography and mass spectrometry, LC/MS and UPLC
*Strong technical skills in the operation and maintenance of chromatographic instrumentation
*Expertise in data analysis and interpretation of mass spectra
*Fluency in English
*Good computer skills (MS-Office, Word, Excel)
Education:
Engineer (FH, HTL, university) or 4 years of college education (BA,MS) in biological or chemical analytics
Languages:
Fluent business English and German(written & spoken)
