Executive Assistant to the Regional Head (m/f), French language skills
Executive Assistant to the Regional Head wanted for our client in the banking sector in the region of Geneva.
Your tasks:
- Arrange/schedule daily appointments/video conferences, book rooms, provide dial-ins, arrange/organize workshops/on-sites/off-sites and include catering if necessary, prepare meeting agendas and PowerPoint presentations
- Manage calls and correspondence
- Prepare regional meeting agendas and establish the schedules
- Order office supplies and handle information technology issues
- Prepare travel arrangements, itinerary, including accommodation, transfers
Your experience/skills:
- Experience in working in a fast paced and high profile environment
- Ability to manage issues/tasks on a timely basis according to a defined schedule
- French: fluent speaking, excellent written skills
- English: fluent speaking, good written skills
- German: good speaking is advantageous
