Training Coordinator/E-learning - LMS - Contract - Switzerland
A huge Medical Device company based in the German region of Switzerland are currently looking for multiple Training coordinators who specialise in E-learning and Learning management systems (LMS) to join their current project on a contract basis.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support/end user troubleshooting for the Plateau Learning Management System (LMS).
- Act as a key liaison for functional questions pertaining to the LMS.
- Train employees as required on end-user navigation, reporting and end-user support roles.
- Manage LMS functions: learning plan development, item creation, and curriculum development.
- Maintain data integrity rules and processes for the LMS such as course codes, descriptions, etc.
- Partner with the Corporate Learning Business Partner (Europe) to maintain the Training Determination Process (TDF) as it relates to QMDs.
- Perform data monitoring/management tasks as assigned.
Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience working within E-learning, Training or Learning & Development within a regulated industry.
- Good knowledge of/experience working with Learning management systems (LMS).
- 2-3 years experience in Excel and Data Management
Languages: Fluent English, Fluent German is desirable.
