We're looking for a SNOW Business Architect to work on a project based in Zurich for the initial 2-3 months, after this the option of relocating to offsite/near shore would be available. Ideal candidate would have strong Process consulting background with a good knowledge of Service management, IT Service Management strategy and sustainable implementation within context of business value driven priorities of customers, Process Mapping, Re-designs and Deployment

Experience required:
ITIL based Process Assessments and Gap analysis
Worked last 2-3 years on SNOW from process consultant/Business analyst perspective.
