For a two month project with our banking client based in Geneva, in the french part of Switzerland, we are looking for anExecutive Assistant with excellent French and English Language Skills (2581)
who is motivated to overtake the administrative work of a Department Leader within the bank.
This role requires some previous experience in simliar positions and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, exercise keen judgment and discretion.
As a candidate you are expected to have:
Excellent French written communication skills, be well spoken, polished and have a strong sense of discretion with confidential information.
E-mail, diary and meeting management, including arranging/scheduling appointments/Video Conferences, booking rooms, providing dial-ins, arranging/organizing workshops/on-sites/off-sites, to include catering if applicable, preparing meeting agendas
Efficient management of calls and correspondence
Preparation of regional meeting agendas and establishment of minutes
Travel arrangements, preparing itinerary, including accommodation, transfers, ensuring Company guidelines are adhered to and business needs are met
Expense management and processing, ensuring that these are completed in a timely manner
Typing correspondence, preparing reports, documentation, PowerPoint presentations
Ordering office supplies and handling information technology issues
Understanding and covering the duties of the other administrative assistant as needed
Ad-hoc tasks
Taking initiative on/responding to requests and routine inquiries of administrative nature; performing other related duties as assigned; willingness to pitch in when demanded
German language skills would be very beneficial.
