For our customer in Zurich we are looking for a project for a Project Manager Officer 100% (m/f)
The Project Manager Officer ensures standard methodology and processes are followed in Governance and Project/Program Management. He/she performs and prioritizes Project Management Office related tasks in response to both internal and external demands and delivers them to the reporting schedules. He/she plays an active role in improving the transparency of the respective program portfolio.
Main Activities:
Performs qualitative and quantitative reviews of project and/or program deliverables Ensures Quality Assurance requirements are met Provides training in project management, tools and techniques Improves project/program delivery in terms of lower costs, reduced time and increased product quality by providing program/project management expertise Enforces standard project management framework and tools Increases visibility into project/program status enabling correct decision making and actions to be taken more effectively Improves control over the project governance processes Centralizes a consistent, and up-to-date reporting to all stakeholders Supports project portfolio management for the respective area Supports Program Manager as well the Project managers in any tasks Special support for Financials Control may also at request Actively contributes to the PMO network Requirements:
University degree or an equivalent degree at least 5 years of experience as a Project Management Officer, preferably in an insurance company proven track record in managing large complex projects, communicating effectively with various stakeholders good written and spoken German and English Precise, responsible and persisting working methods, team spirit, service orientation and a flexible, highly motivated and reliable character You will profit from a smooth start at a modern place of work in an international, multicultural environment.
