Randstad Professionals is looking for a Senior Training Specialist for their client in Zuchwil, Switzerland. This is a 6 month contract role with high possibilities of extension.
The responsibilities of this position include:
Support the overall learning and development needs of the site(s).
Provide oversight and analysis to managers and supervisors when defining training requirements.
Provide leadership and execution for quality systems based training initiatives.
Provide learning solutions and ensure personnel are adequately trained to perform their assigned responsibilities.
Primary accountability for facilitating and implementing the qualified instructor program.
Perform a review of all training requirements once position descriptions have been updated.
Ensure training documentation is up-to-date, accurate and retrievable.
Work with Managers and Supervisors to build learning plan requirements for all positions/employees. Collaborate with other locations to ensure consistency.
Assist with deployment of all training - including logistical support, data management, scheduling, in classroom assistance, and data entry as needed.
Demonstrate an understanding of the training processes and methodology in order
Someone with Experience in Excel and Training Processes in a regulated industry (ISO/FDA - Medical Devices) would be perfect.
Fluent English ( German would be a huge asset)
