Support IT Contract Management
On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for a Support IT Contract Management. For this contract position based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English and German speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Creating SOWs/Amendments by working with Line Managers
- Creation of contract requests in an internal Contract Management Tool
- Support in "Requests for Proposal" (RFP) process for vacancies
- Update of contract records and requests with current live status
- Scanning and processing contract records
- Onboarding of new staff - Organisation of building access and new employee set-up
- Obtaining Pre-Employment Screening (PES) documents for IT contract staff hire
- Clean up and complete historic contract records where information is incorrect and/or incomplete
- Support/Training to Line Managers and other stakeholders with process
- Streamline of Contract Management processes and tools to ensure efficiency and ease of use for various stakeholders
The skills and experience needed for this position are:
- Knowledge and understanding of Contract Management life cycle
- Organizational skills
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills
- Presentation skills
- Fluent in German and English
- Good Microsoft Office knowledge
- Quick to react to unforeseen requirements
