PMO/Business Manager - German Speaking

On of our banking clients is seeking a PMO/Business Manager to join their growing team to act as a central point of contact for all management and co-ordination activities. Working within IT this team is responsible for providing and analysis KPI reporting tools.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and results.
  • Aids team members with quality assurance, end-user documentation and process improvements as needed.
  • Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication skills with internal and external users.
  • Follows established documentation and project execution procedures.
  • Provide level of support as needed.
  • Maintains user confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Maintains system protocols by writing and updating procedures.
  • Lead and Kick-off meetings
