Technical consultant (Genesys) - German Speaking
My Client is an international consultancy looking for a Technical consultant with Genesys experience to support the Customer Management and contact center environment
You will be responsible for developing concepts and advanced solutions (Genesys). You will contribute towards the successful implementation and integration into the existing system landscape of the customers.
Essential experience and Duties
*Genesys experience essential
*German speaking essential
*Engineering from Computer-Telephony-Integration (CTI) and CRM Applications from Contact-Center.
*Project Management experience
*Pre-Sales support
*Maintenance and Support experience
*Experience in Contact-Center-Technologies and -Projects
*Flexible and mobile (throughout Switzerland)
*Strong communication skills, Team player, initiative and resilience
*Independent with flexibility in the operational area
*Able to create new and innovative solution designs
*Integrity und quality conscious, engaged and motivated
*Pre-Sales support
*Problem resolution
