For a major client of ours in Zug, Swisslinx is searching for a Senior Business Analyst for a 6 month contract position.
The successful candidate will be interfacing between the business and the local IT development team, they will act as the conduit between the IT and the busiess. The Business Analyst will need to clarify and model the core business and document this on the commercial side, work with the business and gather the requirements from the project stakeholders and the technical systems design, and work with the business and gather the requirements from the project stakeholders and the technical system design.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills/experiences/knowledge:
- At least 10 years of Business Analysis experience within financial or trading companies
- Understanding of SCRUM and/or KanBan
- Knowledge of Agile process developments
- Understanding of Risk and Change Management Processes
- Fluency in English, additional German is a distinct advantage
- JIRA, MS Office, Enterprise Architect and Confluence skills are nice to have
