eLearning Implementation Analyst - Learning Management Systems - Switzerland.
Our client is a major international organisation with its headquarters based in Switzerland. As part of a global Learning Management System implementation project, they are seeking a business analyst and HR specialist to assess and deliver the design and build projects within their eLearning plaform based on Cornerstone OnDemand.
You will be responsible for:
the gathering and documentation of requirements;
the prototyping of new solutions and the evaluation of new releases.
You will also build functional specifications, test scripts, test plans and training documentation.
You will ensure 3rd level support and knowledge transfer to 2nd level support teams.
You will be able to translate business requirements into configuration specifications to be implemented on the platform as well as understand and manage the impacts of new Cornerstone Releases. You will update test scripts and execute them to ensure successful updates.
You will also be responsible for the preparation of training material for the new and updated features on the eLearning platform.
Fluent English for written and spoken is essential for this position.
