Taleo Systems Administrator
On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance we are looking for an experienced Taleo Systems Administrator. For this contract position based in Zurich Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start in March 2015. The skills and experience needed for this position are;
- Taleo v10 System experience, preferably on a global level
- Experience with Taleo System configuration and users support
- Solid business English, additional languages (especially German) preferable
- Background in recruitment to understand staffing needs and impact of system an advantage
- High degree of technical savvy (not necessarily a technical background)
- Creative problem solving skills in order to utilize the system to its highest advantage
- Robust customer service and relationship skills in order to help with user issues

- Monitoring of system usage metrics and identifying improvement areas
- Interaction with Taleo-related solution testing efforts by developing test plans, preparing test environments, coordinating the test execution, and validating test results
- Configuration Tasks and Data entry/maintenance of Administrator WebTop
- The chance to act as coordinator for trainings to rollout future releases to maximize system efficiencies
- Participation in new system implementations, enhancement deployment, and incident management efforts with various tasks, such as creation of system and end user documentation
- Responsibility for the interface with in-house IT
