Required Qualifications:
. Excellent Communication skills- English and German
. Master level education preferred in Mechanical Engineering or comparable education
. Pharmaceutical Domain experience is a must
. Experience in Systematic Thinking and Gap Analysis
. Should be a Team Player
. Should be able to travel to USA
