For our client, a leading financial company with headquarters in Zurich, Swisslinx are searching for a highly motivated and competent
Solution Engineer (Oracle Mantas SME), Banking, Contract, Zurich
In this position you will be modifying existing databases and database management systems or direct programmers and analysts to make changes. You will write and code logical and physical database descriptions and specify identifiers of database to management system or direct others in coding descriptions. In addition, you will work as part of a project team to coordinate database development and determine project scope and limitations.
For this role we are searching for someone with the following profile:
- 5+ years of technical experience in financial industry (preferably in Compliance-IT)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Mantas platform
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle Mantas (v5.8.1 or later) scenarios, threshold optimization, alert scoring, auto-close, watch list functionality, risk derivation, aggregation-derivation workflows.
- Experience in Oracle Mantas Product installation/upgrades on Unix/Linux. Overall understanding of the Oracle Mantas product architecture.
- Work closely with the business engineer and the technology team to implement business requirements.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle SQL/PLSQL (Oracle 10g/11g)
- Knowledge of Power Center/Informatica, Ctrl-M, Linux, Shell Scripting
