Experienced Project Manager (+5yrs) - Banking
On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager with + 5years of experience. For this 6 month contract position based in Zurich Switzerland, our client is looking for a German and English speaking candidate who can start immediately. Your main responsibilities will include;
- Challenging Front Office IT environment - supporting the Zurich-based Sales and Trading Services Cross Asset Structured Products Business
- Responsible for delivering on Global Strategic Risk Program, Regulatory Reporting and Local Business Requirements
- Challenging Book of Work including managing new development and migration initiatives that cover the full Front-To-Back Risk Management, Trading and Reporting Stack
- Opportunity for a hands-on Project Manager to made a difference
- Project Manager for 2x Scrum Teams in Zurich and 1x in Wroclaw ~ 20 People in total
- High-profile role interacting with senior level stakeholders across multiple business and IT teams both locally and globally.
The skills and experience needed for this position are;
- Excellent Project Management Experience (5+ years)
- Experienced in leading Scrum Development Teams/Scrum Master Role
- Budget/Resource Management
- Risk/Issue Tracking
- Able to put people together to drive out solutions across multiple teams
- Project Status Reporting - at multiple levels of detail to varied stakeholders
- Process Improvement - Driven to continually reflect on team performance and refine processes
- Organized, detail orientated and able to drive the teams to deliver.
