Initial 9 month contract

Skills:

3+ years of experience in planning (preferably plant planning)/inventory management

Functional expert with in depth knowledge of Planning/inventory management

Good understanding of E2E SC processes

Ability to analyse, design and implement planning processes and tools

Good project management skills

Strong SAP (APO, ECC, BW) knowledge

Job Description:

A global consumer program to integrate Plant and Raw Material Planning with Supply and Demand Planning to create an end to end, demand based synchronization of the supply chain.

Key elements of this program are:

Process improvements & standardization

Plant Planning structure standardization

Capability building & sustainability

Master Production Schedule

Implement a standardized Master Production Schedule process in all 10 EMEA manufacturing plants according to global standards. Feedback constraints for entire planning horizon to regional planning system (SAP APO).

Inventory Projection Improvements

Define and implement required improvements for the E2E inventory projection and actuals reporting process. Ensure improved accuracy and completeness by process design and development of improved reporting tools.

For both assignments the candidate supports the Business Process Owner (BPO) in all activities required for a successful completion of the work stream

Responsibilities:

Gap analysis and impact assessments

Prepare, define and design improvements with your business partners.

Prepare, coordinate and lead design workshops

Drive process alignment and change acceptance with business partners and other stakeholders

Responsible for delivery and implementation in collaboration with IT and business partners.

Manage project team

Create and maintain overall project plan and detailed project schedule/tracker

Change management and communication

Overall resource planning for the project

Gap and issue management

Create training plan and manage user training program

Support and coordinate development of documentation and training material
