For a six month project at our banking client site in Zurich we are looking for a
Senior IT Business Analyst - Front Workplace Solutions and Client Identification (2504)
You will contribute to:
- a dynamic application development unit, mainly responsible for the banks client onboarding, CRM and advisory portal for Relationship Managers Application
- an interesting and overarching tax project (FATCA, AEI, others) with a focus on client identification topics
- an experienced and established project team with several years of exposure to tax topics
- cross-departmental collaboration within the project team, but also with project teams in other departments (mainly tax projects)
- an area with high business attention due to it's criticality for the bank
Your responsibilities are:
- achieving a clear understanding of business goals and needs within the context of business processes
- elicit and identify requirements during the whole project life cycle in an efficient and systematic manner
- challenge requirements during elicitation
- specify product requirements (via UML, use case models, use cases, business object models, etc.) and assure sign-off by relevant stakeholders
- to work closely with business partners and the IT team (eg architects, solution engineers and testers) and ensure common understanding
- to define and estimate requirements engineering work packages
