My client is a market leader seeking a Technical Customer Management Consultant. The Customer Management Consultant must be able to handle the issues and contact center environment at home

Customer Management Technical Consultant Qualifications

  • A degree in computer science or equivalent degree (university, ETH or FH)
  • experience in contact center technologies and projects
  • professional experience in the CRM environment ( development or integration) and knowledge of CRM standard products
  • Impeccable spoken and written German ( mother tongue level ) and good knowledge of English
  • High autonomy and flexibility in the application area
  • flexibility and mobility

Customer Management Technical Consultant Experience

  • Engineering of computer telephony integration (CTI ) and CRM applications of contact centers
  • Design and implementation of solutions
  • Project management
  • Presales
  • Serving customers in the area of maintenance and support

This is a Fantastic opportunity for a Customer Management Technical Consultant to work with a market leading IT Organisation in Bern on an initial 9 month contract.
