Customized applications, implemented interfaces to peripheral systems and supports the systems engineering for the installation of Product Releases
Tasks/responsibilities
. Analyze problems (business processes, transactions, data, functions)
. Advises the application manager in determining the system requirements (functional/qualitative requirements, ensure compliance with the manufacturer/product design)
. Advises the application responsible for the release policy (recommendations on product releases and service packs, as well as their introduction
. Analyzes the environment (workplace, targeting systems/platforms, cadre)
. Drops models in terms of data, functions and/or objects,
. Created designs (designs) for component formation and its interface definition
. Implemented and customized applications
. Establishes and maintains the development and application environment
. Creates and executes the documentation according to (requirements definition, solution design, system architecture, etc.)
. Detects all material for the production of cost-effectiveness (cost) of the future to be developed and serviceable system from the perspective of developers
. Specified and Implemented Interfaces
. Provides traceability application changes safely
. Support, system managers in corporate environments, as well as troubleshooting
Qualifications:
. University degree or equivalent education
. Extensive and proven project experience in the field of total BMC ITSM Suite v7.6
. Remedy Certified Engineer (with a degree)
. ITSM v7 Advanced Core Components formed
. Extensive and proven practical experience in the CMDB design
. Proven experience in the interaction of the tool palette and instrumentation in the field of BMC Business Service Management and Implementation on the platforms Windows 2010, Linux, Sun Solaris v11
. Proven, years of experience using Oracle, SQL, Crystal Reports
. ITIL certification (Certificate Foundation v3)
. ability to transfer knowledge to internal staff by the contracting authority
