Global Enterprise Partners is in the market for a CRM Solution Architect with Salesforce.com experience.
Location: Zurich (some remote work possible)
Start date: January 2015
Duration: 2 years
Rate: €600 - €850 per day (equivalent CHF) depending on experience
Role Description ;
Reporting to the Lead Architect, the Solutions Architect provides technical leadership and accountability on the IT portfolio, delivering the overall solution architecture that meets the needs of the business.
Leading the technology work streams on projects delivered by in-house and third party teams in developing architectures for core transactional and Back Office systems
Responsibilities ;
Develops, communicates, maintains and enforces the overall architecture of the systems with each project;
Contributes to the enterprise architecture group with accountability for system architecture and governance across the business and its IT suppliers ensuring the end to end integrity of the solution;
Provides overall design principles for software and hardware integration, performance design, reliability design, manageability design and security design;
Works closely with project management and development teams to assist the planning and review of project schedules, project reviews, project sizing and gap analysis;
Ensures that overall solutions specifications are published, updated and controlled;
specifications and are aligned with IT standards;
Works with business analysts to ensure what is proposed is both fit for purpose and meets the core business needs;
Supports the project management and enterprise architecture in understanding risks, issues, dependencies and revisions relating to the solution architecture;
Qualifications and Skills required;
TOGAF, ITIL, or similar;
Salesforce.com Certification;
5 -7 year experience as a Solution Architect;
Good understanding of web technologies, web design, integration, prototyping, database driven content and web based user interface;
Understanding of database principles;
Experience in both bespoke software development,integration and configuration of COTS products;
Experience of delivering solutions in an Agile (Scrum) environment;
Must Have:
Web services - SOAP/REST;
Cloud based technologies around SaaS, Paas, Iaas;
ERP/CRM architectures/solutions;
Business Intelligence Platforms;
Database Platforms;
Prior experience of working with partners on product integration and solution initiatives;
Prior experience of programming and Scripting languages;
