Triple'A Officer - Zurich - Financial Services
In this role you will be mainly responsible for the Triple'A System. Hereby, you will report directly to the Head of Information Technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- First contact and support for the Business users of the Front Office system at the Bank
- Daily operation of Triple'A Application inclusive batch jobs
- Analysis of data differences between front- and Back Office
- Analysis of performance issues
- Support of the users in reporting and ordering issues
- Analysis of Business requirements and change requests and coordination with the providers
- Organization of UAT Testing and preparation of the Release notes of new development or fixes
- Documentation of the Triple'A service from an operating point of view
- Coordination of the end of month batch reporting
Person Specification:
Business experience:
- Financial/Banking background
- Banking experience of more than 10 years
- Banking Back Office/Front Office Systems of more than 5 years in key position
- Strong understanding of Securities, Trading and Accounting
- Client legal reporting expertise
- Trading of Stocks, Bonds, Funds, Options, Hybrids, Futures, FX Forwards/Spots, and Options
- Understanding of Loans & Overdrafts, Liabilities
IT Experience:
- Triple'A experience of 5 years on WUI/GUI level
- Core Banking system Olympic AS400 experience
- Sybase and DB2 databases knowledge
- Release/Version Management
- MS Office Suite
- Triple'A Technical & PMS certification
Soft skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and efficient work approach
- Ability to set priotities, work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent English language skills, German and French are of advantage
- Availability to travel
