Senior Specialist Service Management
Goals, Tasks and Duties
- System Support Business Application Cherwell and keep them up to date; Application Owner
- Implement and change Cherwell Application according Application according Business Requirement for internal & external Customers.
- deliver Application Issues and Volume reporting
- Cherwell-User and-Roll (administrate) Coordinate System- and Application-Support with internal IT and Vendor (Infrastructure & Application) and Key User
- Document System Environment and Interfaces Support the internal Customers to find the optimal path
- Interaction with internal IT, external partners and internal process owners; following ITIL v3 framework.
Requirements
- IT related qualification record
- ITIL Foundation v2 or v3 Certification
- MS Office skills
- Long term Experience in IT or Telecom carrier >business 5 Years
- Experience in administrating IT Applications (Roll and process based operation)
- Willingness to learn and work with Cherwell Service Management
- Good Communication and Documentation Skills
- Germanand good English (written and spoken)
Desirable
- Experience implementation of service management
- Implementation experience (user level and configuration level) with Cherwell service management
- Advanced skills in Excel and Access
- IT Expert certification
- French/Italian Language Skills
