Consultant MES/Automatisation/Support processus industriels
Edelway SA recherche activement un collaborateur Technico/Fonctionnel MES/Automatisation/Support pour l'un de nos meilleurs clients en Suisse Romande. C'est une opportunité de long terme pour début 2015.
Vous interviendrez notamment dans les domaines suivants:
*Solutions de code-barres sur imprimante thermique.
*Solutions de scannage radio fréquence.
*Informatique BMS (batch management system) interfacée avec le MES et l'ERP ainsi que les commandes de lignes des machines à composer automatiques, d'un outil de GMAO.
*Elaboration de documents pour les équipes de support.
*Formation et conseil pour les supers utilisateurs.
*Extraction de données et élaboration de rapports à la demande des utilisateurs.
*Organisation des tests de recette par les utilisateurs.
*Intégration dans l'environnement de l'entreprise de logiciel type SCADA en collaboration avec l'intégrateur.
*Gestion et support de deuxième et troisième niveaux, parc informatique industriel, serveurs et PC et périphérique réseau.

Manufacturing/Production Support
-Provide daily support to shop floor personnel in use of current MES and ERP as well as other applications used during manufacturing activities.
-Understand work flow that is used in various areas of the manufacturing/production groups.
-Understand and comply current and future safety requirements on shop floor.
-Manage various types of projects with shop floor managers and supervisors in support of manufacturing activities.
-Work with shop floor managers and supervisors to write specifications for new functionality of current ERP and MES systems.
-Work with developers to test new functionality in conjunction with the shop floor personnel.
-Work with developers and Business to troubleshoot MES and ERP systems.
-Deploy new functionality and upgrades to MES systems in conjunction with IS technical groups.
-Troubleshoot problems with various shop floor equipment including manufacturing work stations, scales, KVM Equipment, bar code readers, label printers, RF hand held terminals and mobile weighing stations.
-Understand batch splitting functionality in support of Automated Compounding Machines and compounding areas.
