For a project at our banking client site in Zurich we're looking for an experienced
Testing Lead - Client & Tax Reporting within Group Operations (2473)
Within the Group Operations Service Line Client & Tax Reporting (CTR) a project team has been created to coordinate and implement the required CTR changes.
The projects consist of several sub streams for Design, Operating Model, Testing, Implementation and Migration.
Tasks to perform:
You are taking over the lead of the CTR Testing Stream.
You will be working with a team of test managers from the central PMO, SMEs & testers of CTR focusing on overall testing (eg acceptance testing and end to end testing).
Power of comprehension as well as the ability to analyse and drive for solutions within complex environments is a prerequisite for this challenging and interesting job opportunity.
The ability to deliver on time and in good quality is critical. Furthermore, it is key that you are able to act and manage in a global and demanding environment.
The role demands skills and abilities to understand and strive business operating models, processes, technology infrastructure as well as regulatory frameworks.
It covers the full project life cycle from concept, business requirement phase to testing, migration and implementation.
Your qualifications:
- University degree or equivalent certificate
- Expertise in test methodologies and test management
- Several years of business analysis, project management and experience in large-scale and multi-location projects, preferably in banking/IT environment
- Delivery focused, high-energy, hands-on and independent team player with leadership personality
- Strong conceptual and analytical capabilities
- Well-developed communication skills including excellent oral and written English and German language supporting your assertiveness
- Ability to lead, mobilize and guide multiple stakeholders through all aspects of project life cycle
- Willing to perform to a high standard and demonstrate resilience to "work peaks"
- Strong interpersonal skills and empathy including confident manner to work in a global organization
