For our client, an international pharmaceutical company in Basel, we are looking for aSAP MM Data Analyst
(January 2015 – June 2015 option of extension)
Main Tasks:
•managing the complete order cycle in SAP Material Management
•data export from SAP MM into Excel and subsequent data analysis and reporting duties
Requirements:
•advanced Excel analysis skills and
•advanced skills in pivot reports, VBA and / or macros to produce a set of standard reports, as well as ad hoc reports.
•needs to be able to work with accuracy and attention to detail even under stressful conditions, and take responsibility for correct order entry.
•Experience and skills in the preparation of work instructions and documentation of procurement procedures would be beneficial.
•Languages: advanced skills in English (written and spoken) and ideally, a good command of German
