For our client we are currently looking for a Service Delivery Manager in Basel, Switzerland.
Start date: 01.01.2015
Duration: 6 months (with a possibility to get an extension).

Description
- Coordinate between global teams to ensure service delivery
- Manage Citrix & VDI services and a range of Citrix based infrastructure products
- Works as part of a team to manage service and migration processes
- In depth knowledge of Citrix and components, preferably with VMWare
- Configures, installs and maintains virtualized hardware and software systems;
- Monitors and tunes systems to achieve optimum performance levels
- Implements and maintains appropriate levels of system security
- Provides technical expertise and assistance and guidance for problem resolution, system transitions migrations, project support engineering and consolidations
Required:
- Certified and 5+ experience with Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 and Citrix Xen App 5
- 3+ years experience working in regulated/qualified environments (GxP)
- Experienced writing Installation Qualification documents, execute test scripts
- Experienced sequencing applications using AppV and Citrix integration of AppV
- Experience working with XenApp, XenServer, Presentation Server, and NetScaler a must
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, Kerberos, LDAP and Domain group policy
- Detailed understanding of Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2008, Windows XP and Windows 7 also
ITIL v3 Foundation Knowledge and
Understanding of a Virtual Desktop environment including the use of communication brokers
