You will work on projects around engineering events and programs. You will coordinate tasks such as the logistics and materials for conference sponsorships, tracking and reporting, financial administration for grants and scholarships, for which a sense of urgency and eye for detail are essential.
Tasks:
Assist specialists and managers in the development of various outreach programs Support and coordinate our program of events and sponsorships in EMEA for recruiting and employer branding purposes (industry events, sponsored conferences, and open house events, etc.) Run and develop existing and new non-events based program efforts to support recruiting eg scholarships & grants, tools and marketing Coordinate swag, collateral, marketing materials and online materials (working with vendors or in-house contacts) Own and develop our leads management process and use metrics to measure the progress and successes of different programs Effectively run reports and share the information to make recommendations for improvements Requirements:
Business degree or equivalent education Experience in customer care, budget management, project management and/or negotiation Experience in administration, team support, basic event management Strong organizational skills, keen analytical skills to define and implement changes Ability to multitask and self-manage, maintain professional internal and external client relationships, and work with rapidly shifting expectations and time constraints Excellent verbal and written skills (speaking multiple languages is a plus) Ability to think, plan and execute resourcefully Proficiency using word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software and other communication and collaboration tools Familiarity working with HR systems or applicant tracking systems a plus Experience in web development is a plus Are you interested in this position?
