For a 40% project (5 months) with our customer in Lausanne, we are looking ASAP for a Senior Project Manager 40%
For the delivery of time solutions.
Working closely with the Regional Business Solutions Europe HR team and with key Human Resources actors in all concerned entities in Switzerland, the key responsibilities of this Senior Project Manager are as follows:
Tasks:
Plan resources, activities for design & build, user acceptance testing, change management and go-live preparation of the time solutions. Ensure constant and flawless resource mobilization and execution of activities against plan, within budget and satisfaction of project stakeholders. Responsible for organizing weekly project Governance meetings with project stakeholders as well as monthly steering committee meetings where progress, next steps, risks and issues as well as mitigating actions discussed. Ensure approval of requirements and deliverables by stakeholders and ensure proper project progress reporting in dedicated Swiss LGO tools Ensure Risk assessment on a regular basis Ensure alignment with legal for personnel regulations and with dedicated HR change managers Organize and Coordinate user acceptance testing sessions Deliver end-user documentation and presentations of the solutions Mobilize pilot group and capture pilot feedback Ensure stakeholders take decisive actions based on pilot feedback Carry out project closure activities Requirements:
Proven project Management competency on sensitive and high visibility projects in international organization Strong analytical, organizational and judgment skills (ability to make logical, pragmatic and structured decisions) Experience in time management projects Fluent in English both written and spoken Ability to work independently and to convince Human Capital Management Time Solution implementation projects Swiss LGO project portfolio management (tools & processes) MS Office Suite and MS Project Office Are you interested in this position?
