SAP SNC Consultant - Supply Network Collaboration - Functional - Configuration - cFolders - B2B
We are currently recruiting a SAP SNC Consultant for one of our up coming project.
We are looking for a Functional profile having experience in configuration and test of SAP SNC on a expert level.
The position will contribute to projects, enhancements, and maintenance activities related to the SAP SNC -Supply Network Collaboration- and cFolders -Collaboration Folders- instances.
Role purpose:
As a senior functional consultant, manage, drive coordination and contribute to medium-to-large projects, enhancements, and life cycle maintenance of SNC/cFolders while mentoring/supporting users and teammates on SNC functionality. Face to the customer for global users of our Supply Chain Management solutions. Create system documentation, including functional and technical specifications, test plans, and test scripts. Maintain existing system functionality and overall system health. Provide 2nd/3rd level support. Provide content knowledge on Incident, Problem, and Change management processes and reaches out to appropriate IT teams. Ensure validation, audit, and legal compliance of system through out life cycle. Lead/manage upgrades - support packs, enhancement packs, system-wide, database, etc. Lead and collaborate with other IT teams to implement solutions that optimize operational performance of system. Direct and deliver process improvement initiatives to optimize user experience and business understanding of solution. Support business in creation of SOPs, Work Instructions, Training, etc. as needed.

The ideal candidate has experience working in a multi-cultural, global work team, and supporting multi-time zone end-user communities.
For this position, the ideal candidate brings the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of SAP SNC and cFolders experience
- Hands-on experience on configuration and/or development. Expert in design, build, and monitoring of SCM-SNC solutions across multiple systems (iDoc, XML, CIF integration, B2B, PI, EDI, ALE, etc.). Skilled in deploying and monitoring SAP solutions across a multi-system landscape. Experience in implementations with complex global processes covering contract manufacturing, goods movements among third party distribution centers, quality management, etc.
- Skilled in problem/incident management, SLAs - Service Level Agreements and full life cycle system support.
- Additional knowledge of SAP ERP would be an advantage.
- Must be a self-starter, results-oriented and have a track record of timely, high-quality deliverables. Ability to learn new technical concepts and systems. Must be able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work with multi-cultural and virtual teams. Fluent English verbal/written communications skills; strong presentation and negotiation/conflict resolution skills
