Business Analyst - CRM - Pharmaceutical - Basel - 6+months
This is an fantastic opportunity for a CRM Business Analyst to work with a world famous Pharmaceuticals company in Basel on a initial 6 month contract.
Special Requirements (Language, technology, certificates, degrees
Clear understanding of the digital process integration in CRM concept
Knowledge of the Pharmaceutical Industry in Europe (Standards, legal framework) focusing on digital area (data privacy, opt-in/out)
Good organizer and self-organized and "Doing Attitude"
Knowledge of SalesForce/Force.com/Adobe CQ5 and AEM6 platform
Knowledge on eDetailing platform and CRM integration (Agnitio, Veeva, Pitcher, Mobile-Inteligence)
Very Good Written English (German or Italian language as a bonus)
Direct experience in the life-science industry preferred
IIBA certification or similar preferred
