First level support
Edelway SA is a Swiss IT Services Company. Our global Banking client based in Zürich, Switzerland, is currently looking for a First level support to join them on a long term basis.
*Start date: Nov. 19th, 2014
*Duration: 6 months
*Location: Zurich
THE ROLE
*24/7 Shift Work
*Incident Management (1st Level Support)
*Change Management (mainly SW-Deployments & script execution)
*Operational Requests (Service Requests, User-/Account Management)
YOUR PROFILE
*Experience with Windows Systems Administration
*Preferably skills in MS-SQL Database Administration and/or Unix/Linux Systems Administration
*Ready/willing to learn additional technologies
*Ready/willing to work in 24/7 shifts
*Fluent English
*Motivated & innovative, can-do attitude
*Team Player
*Good MS Office skills is an advantage
*Scripting knowledge (VBS, VBA, C#) is an advantage
