For our banking client based in Zürich, we are looking for a CRM Business Analyst
Start: ASAP
Duration: 7 months with possible extension
Location: Zürich
Languages: German and English
Tasks:
- Requirements engineering within CRM
Focus:
- Compliance (Account Opening Process), KYC, Transaction Monitoring, Concept for cross unit relationship etc.), Front, Client Documentations Service Projects and Small Changes
- Converts business requirements into business specifications: Identifies and documents business & client requirements, conducts business and/or functional gap analysis
- Prepare training of new functionalities (project) to CRM users (incl. Release Notes, concept & documentation)
Profile:
- 5 years experience as a Business Analyst in the Finance Industry
- 3 years experience as a Business Analyst in CRM projects and/or Legal and Compliance projects
- Fluent German and English language skills
