Randstad Professionals is looking for a Project Manager for a year long contract job with their client in Basel for supporting programs and projects as a change management specialist.
Main Tasks
- Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities at a global level within the entire organization
- Create change management strategy at program and project level
- Create and maintain change management plan and integrate change management activities into overall program and project plan
- Assess the change impact
- Complete change management assessments
- Identify and manage anticipated resistance
- Consult and coach program and project leaders and their teams
- Coach managers and supervisors
- Support and engage senior leaders
- Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, resistance management plan.
- Support communication efforts
- Support training efforts
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness
- Create and manage (stakeholder) engagement plan and manage stakeholders in the context of (organizational) change management
- Track and report issues
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Support change management at the organizational level if relevant (Organizational/Enterprise Change Management)
- Manage the portfolio and change load
Special Requirements (Language, technology, certificates, degrees)
- A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process; experience with Prosci ADKAR Model is a plus.
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.
Excellent active listening skills.
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. - Must be strong in English, other languages such as German and French, even Spanish are an advantage

- Change management certification or designation desired. Prosci Certification a plus
