Program Requirements Manager for MiFID
On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for a Program Requirements Manager. For this contract position (6months +) based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible. Your main responsibilities will be:
- Establish requirements management process for allocated topics
- Elaborate high level requirements and ensure handover to delivery project
- Manage project scope on ongoing basis
- Coach and guide project requirements engineers across entire solution delivery life cycle
- Ensure high quality of requirements artefacts in delivery projects
- Create common understanding on project scope between business program management, business project management, IT program management and IT project management
- Support delivery projects in requirements space as needed
The skills and experience needed for this position are:
- 7+ years' experience in IT requirements engineering space
- Strong track record as Lead RE
- Financial industry, Banking Processes
- Fluent in English
- German desirable
