Program Requirements Manager for MiFID II Initiative - Our client, a major global bank, is currently lookig for an experienced Program Requirements Manager for their MiFID II Initiative.
Description of Tasks:
- Define, set up and establish an adequate requirements management approach for MiFID II program
- Continuously review requirements management approach and - if necessary - take adequate measures to optimiz
- Elaborate big picture of scope and support to fragment scope into feasible building blocks
- Participate in project team meetings and escalate program relevant issues to program management
- Plan and organize timely business sign off for critical requirements engineering documents (eg processes, feature list) according to program plan. Deliver PRB/CMMI relevant documents on program level on time (eg features List)
- Create defined sections of the Business and IT Solution Concept for each building block on time and in good quality and provide timely and adequate feedback to all other sections
- Support E2E Business Process Testing (Story Books, Test Execution, participation in Defect Management Meetings)
- Closely align with the different IT projects (eg through participation in regular team meetings) in order to capture potential scope changes as early as possible. If required, address scope changes with program management as well as respective BPL/ITPL
- Administer and maintain central feature repository
- Ensure E2E consistency of during Analysis and Design Phase
- Ensure traceability from Business Concept to features (lead: Requirements Manager) resp. from features to requirements (lead: Lead Requirements Engineer)
- Define an adequate change management process for the MiFID II program
- Formally review submitted change requests and provide feedback to the submitter
- Organize and manage Change Control Board meetings on a regular basis (eg bi-weekly), assign ownership of requirements to requirements providers, document the meeting outcome within a reasonable timeframe (ie 2 days after the meeting latest)
- Decide together with MiFID II Business Solution responsible (as 1st level of escalation path) on acceptance and priorities of raised change requests if no agreement can be reached within Change Control Board (in close alignment with program management)

Qualifications & Experience
- 7+ years' experience in IT requirements engineering space
- strong track record as Lead RE
- Financial industry, Banking Processes
- Fluent in English
- German desirable
