Senior Solution Architect - Client Reference Data
Our client, a major bank, is currently looking for a Senior Solution Architect. This is a Challenging and exciting position in the Client Reference Data program which aims to bringing a new generation of client data management solutions to the Swiss IT platform for clients, prospects and relationship managers. This requires profound changes in today's Swiss IT landscape, especially in the front domain but also in the Back End systems.
Description of Tasks:
- Responsibility for parts of the architectural design of the overall solution and for supporting and monitoring the implementation of the solution
- Hands-on work in the fields of application architecture and technical solutions based on business concepts, non-functional requirements and target operating models
- Close collaboration with the Front Office Renewal, Digital Private Banking programs as well as the SBIP (Swiss Banking IT Platform) Strategy.
- Chance to provide implementation projects with directions and architectural support, to review and sign-off on their design artifacts for quality assurance and conformation with the overall design as well as to ensure close alignment with requirements engineering for a successful execution of those tasks.
- Opportunity to build and maintain a professional and sustainable network with the different stakeholders on all seniority levels throughout the various departments involved.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, alternatively an equivalent education in this domain
- Proven track record of several years' hands-on experience as Solution Architect in the banking/finance environment in a global and Matrix-structured organizations, having worked in similar roles on large global cross-functional projects
- Profound knowledge of Enterprise Architecture with an excellent technical background including knowledge and experience in all aspects of the development life cycle: project management, requirements analysis and engineering, system architecture and design, testing, maintenance and support
- Excellent conceptual skills in order to perform problem analysis (ie understand as-is landscape and processes) and to document solution architecture options as well as a deep interest in integration topics
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with high power of abstraction to adapt the communication to various stakeholders
- Open-minded team player, enthusiastic and motivated personality with a can-do attitude and a track record of solving complex challenges
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Nice-to-have (but strong advantage): professional working proficiency in German
- Nice-to-have (but strong advantage): Knowledge of the Temenos Wealth Manager product
