For a large international client in Vevey, we are looking for a SAP eWM ECC6 specialist to support our client's eWM project by participating in blueprint, prototype, design, build, industrialisation, implement and sustain.
Work as part of the eWM project team responsibilities will include:
- Contribute during the Blueprint Phase, bringing insights and benchmarking from other experiences. Influence and gain alignment as and where necessary to have a clear direction within the blueprinting timeframe
- Contribute to the prototyping phase specifically for assigned areas of functionality supporting the overall effort for the end to end processes
- Contribute to the map and gap brining eWM configuration and concepts experience to support the business and other teams to make good decisions respecting a standard approach as and where possible
- Contribute to the design and build, taking responsibility for specific aspects and deliver as per agreed planning to support the team
- Create and execute test scripts as well as participate to volume and stress testing
- Contribute to the identification of roles and work with security teams as well as control framework to ensure delivery of roles that ensure compliance
- Create master data supporting the processes and provide end user training on the solutions
- Support the migration planning and tools creation
Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
- More than 5 years of experience in large scale SAP implementation
- Proficient in eWM 7.0,1,2 or 9.0 processes and configuration
- Proficient in ECC6 supporting warehouse processes and tools
- WMS supporting tools eg ITS mobile, complementary applications
- Good Operational reporting skills
- Knowledge of logistics processes supporting warehouse and manufacturing operations as well as necessary integration points
- Fluent in English
This is a contract position with an international client until the end of 2014 in the first instance, potential extension.
The client is located on Lake Geneva, in Vevey. Info-Tech will provide advice and support through your relocation if you are working in Switzerland for the first time.
