A leading global financial services client is looking for a high calibre Production Support Analyst to support their production support team. The team deals with operational systems, incident management, monitoring and all other 2nd line support team responsibilities. We would need persons with Level 1/Level 2 support experience, supporting business critical applications for Banking industry (Preferably Investment Banking).
Production Support Analyst Knowledge & Experience Required:
Unix/Linux Scripting experience in Shell, Bash, Awk, Sed Scripting; Perl Scripting experience and also in Oracle PL/SQL.
Overall experience range is 5 years.
