For our client in Zurich we are looking for a

Senior Financial Analyst

Your responsibilities:

  • Support the Group Performance Measurement team in delivering critical outputs including Group Forecast and Executive reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with senior divisional stakeholders (IB & PBWM finance teams, Corporate development, Risk, Capital management etc.) Enable close co-ordination, communication and constructive review and challenge of financial performance.
  • Support the analysis of Group plan financials, Group and divisional forecast results, including review and challenge, and feasibility assessment of Divisions meeting targets
  • Analyze actual performance and prepare insightful supplementary analysis and comments to explain performance.
  • Communication of Group wide timelines, requirements and deliverables.
  • Support development of a strategic Group forecasting and performance measurement operating model, covering organization, process and technology.
    As the ideal candidate you have the following qualifications and experience:
  • Strong financial mgt/controlling background with Financial planning and analysis experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills; ability to review large data sets and synthesize information to draw insightful conclusions.
  • Effective presentation skills (written and verbal). Attention to detail a must.
  • Strong commercial acumen in Financial services-banking preferable, both other financial experience considered.
  • Flexible approach and can-do attitude.
