Randstad Professionals is looking for Business Analysts for their client in Basel.
The Business Analyst is owning the user requirements and functional specifications for the ITSM system (HP SM), and is ensuring the solution design is being agreed, approved and tested by the user
Main Tasks
- Collection, Categorization, investigation and feasibility analysis of user requirements (URS)
- Validation of final requirements and development of functional specification (FS) based on approved requirements.
- Drive the solution design based on the functional input in collaboration with the solution architect and technical team and ensures its acceptance by the user
- After solution build, validation of solution with the user and identification of end-user scenarios to test the functionality and the process
- Review of individual functional test scripts and test execution
- Development of user training material
- Support for users within training and user acceptance testing phases by delivering training or demonstrating use cases
Special Requirements (Language, technology, certificates, degrees)
- Fluent in English
- ITSM/ITIL Proficient
- HP SM (HP Service Manager) functional knowledge is a plus
- Key processes: Request Management, Configuration Management, Change Management
- Analytical capabilities
- Understanding and experience with software delivery life cycle, especially Requirements Management and Testing processes
- Knowledge of Pharma CSV (Computer System Validation) is a plus
- Use of tools to manage requirements and testing (HP QC, HP ALM)
