A client of ours in the pharmaceuticals sector based in Basel is looking for a Senior Project & Change Manager to join their team on a contract basis.
The role will involve the following responsibilities:
- Creating change management strategies at both a project and program level
- Integrating change management activities into the overall project or program
- Completing change management assessments
- Coaching senior members of staff, such as managers and supervisors
- Creating and managing a stakeholder engagement plan and managing stakeholders in a change management context
- Support change management at an organisational level as required
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills/knowledge/experiences:
- At least 7 years of Project Management experience (incl. at least 5 full life cycles)
- In depth proven understanding of change management principles, methodologies and tools
- Strong understanding of the Prosci ADKAR Model of change management
- Complete written and spoken fluency in English, any additional languages are an asset
Additional Information:
- Change Management Certification (particularly Prosci) would be a huge advantage
- ITIL and Prince2 certifications are beneficial
- Activity level is 100% and the project is expected to last for one year with the possibility to extend
