The role:
*A challenging role in the global Group Reporting team, providing transparent and reliable financial information to the Executive Board, the Board of Directors and other stakeholders
*Responsibility for tracking and quality assurance of the reporting processes including escalation and mitigation of issues in collaboration with involved stakeholders across the bank
*Responsibility to drive improvement initiatives based on identified issues
*Close collaboration with divisional and regional finance teams around the globe as well as with subject matter experts in matters such as Capital Management, Treasury and Financial Accounting
*Responsibility for ad hoc reporting and analysis
*Information Design: Active involvement in and lead of projects related to design of new reports, redesign of existing report to reflect changing information requirements
Mandatory experience:
*A minimum of 3-5 years of Management Accounting experience, ideally gained within the Financial Services industry
*University degree or equivalent, preferably in Business Administration and/or Finance. Finance qualification such as CMA, CIMA, Chartered Accountancy or equivalent is a plus
*Excellent English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus
*Strong analytical and numerical skills
*Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, skills in Essbase a plus
*Convincing personality with distinct high-quality attitude, customer focus and willingness to go the extra mile during peak times
