For our banking client in Zürich we are currently looking for a Junior Requirement Engineer:

Start: ASAP

Duration: 6 months

Location: Zürich

ROLE OVERVIEW:

In this role the candidate will support various project teams with activities as junior BE and/or PMO. It is expected that the candidate is a quick learner and a self-starter with a high degree of flexibility and with the ability to actively drive the knowledge transfer towards themselves and soon be able to work without much guidance. This position offers a great opportunity for your personal development.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

As PMO the following activities (As BE the following activities (list not exhaustive) will be required:

Budget tracking and planning.

Task execution monitoring, chasing, reporting

Resource planning.

Program/project reporting.

Ensre compliance with project management standards and processes.

Some project management and team leading tasks.

Organizational tasks like meeting setups and minutes, presentations, moderating etc

As BE the following activities (list not exhaustive) will be required:

Requirements elicitation: analyzes, documents, validates business requirements and engineers process flows;

identifies system and process solution components

produces functional specifications for solution components or integrated solutions

provide requirements specifications containing use cases, business rules, workflows and interfaces.

test case definition and execution.

Performs feature and requirements estimations in cooperation with the SMEs

QUALIFICATION REQUESTED:

Bachelor or Masters degree in computer science, mathematics, or similar.

Reliable, analytical and flexible personality with structured and analytical approach.

Strong interest in business engineering project management.

Good theoretical knowledge about Business and Requirements Engineering (eg Use Case modelling, UML).

Some experience in Business and Requirements Engineering is a plus.

Very good English speaking and writing skills (good German skills of additional advantage)

Good know-how of MS Office and MS Project, VB is a plus.

Team player with good communication skills.

Some theoretical financial know how of advantage

Strong and accurate communication skills.

Readiness to take assume responsibility.
