Within this short term contract the successful candidate will be helping our client to enhance fundamental, market & reference data.
The idea is to enhance data with fundamentals of the external source. The core package is already used (pricing, volume and reference data). The work will be performed in close cooperation with the product development as well as the engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify fundamental data with different sources.
- Ensure accurate mapping and processing of historical data.
- Establish a step-by-step working procedure to close historical quality gaps.
- Eligibility check for qualified provider.
- Set adjustment factors as a result of asset composition changes, mergers, splits.
- Deliver requirements focusing on the improvement of working procedures in the environment of historical data processing.
Profile
- A minimum of 1-2 years experience and proven track record in banking operations field or related financial industry or information services and preferable in corporate actions department.
- Fluency in English both oral and written.
- A strong working knowledge of Excel.
- Quality, time and delivery orientated.
- Following established guidelines.
- Previous experience with Thomson Reuters QAD would be an asset.
- SQL skills would be an asset.
- Bloomberg would be an asset.
