On behalf of one of our most prestigious clients based in Geneva, Harvey Nash is recruiting a Treasury Operations Specialist
This role requires someone with experience in finance and treasury. A minimum of 8-10 years' experience is required for such a role.
Your duties will include:
- Analysis and monitoring of a variety of complex financial documents, and identifying and correcting any anomalies
- Processing complex transactions relating to payroll, claims, obligations
- Prepare budgetary forecasts, cost estimates
- Participate in the preparation of financial data
- Identification and analysis of domestic and cross border payment issues and their resolution
- Secondary preparation/approval of electronic payments
- Ensuring and updating accuracy of banking database contacts
- Review of banking operations documentation
Personal requirements:
- Fluent spoken and written English (French, German, Spanish or other European languages an advantage)
- 8+ years' experience in finance operations, 2+ years treasury experience within that time
- Ability to help train, or simply assist more junior staff as and when required
- Ability to work in an international, multi-cultural environment
